Earnly collects the following types of information:

• Salary and job role data you voluntarily submit (fully anonymised)
• City and industry preferences you select in the app
• Basic usage analytics (via anonymised, aggregated data only)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Power the salary benchmarking and career risk signals shown in the app
• Improve the accuracy and coverage of our market data
• Maintain and improve app features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Anonymisation

All salary submissions are anonymised at the point of collection. We aggregate data across multiple submissions before displaying any results. No individual submission is ever displayed or attributable to a specific user.

4. In-App Purchases

Earnly Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not store any payment card information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Earnly uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase – secure backend database and API
• RevenueCat – in-app purchase and subscription management

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.

6. Data Retention

Anonymised salary data is retained indefinitely to power market benchmarks. No personally identifiable data is retained after anonymisation.

7. Children's Privacy

Earnly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
